I had a really really nice stay. The hotel was well priced with amazing and fantastic location not far from public transport, bus, tube and overground, the best residential areas and metro and buses. I thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast, delicious variety. The team provided a friendly service.

The hotel is a good starting point to explore London. The nearest subway station is 10 minutes away. Due to the location in a side street it is quietly situated, in the closer surroundings there are restaurants and a supermarket. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was very attentive. The rooms are practically furnished and functional. WiFi worked well in our room. The price-performance ratio is fine.
The bathroom could use a renovation, otherwise I have no complaint.

English Shabby Look, wallpaper solved in many places. There's no cleaning in the corners.

The location of the hotel was good. approx. 15 min. by subway to the center. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom's very clean. The room met our expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Very good coffee!!!
The only thing that was not optimal, it was very noisy. Unfortunately we could hear the neighbors from upper very well. And the food from the predecessor in the fridge. It wasn't that great.

After a last minute booking online, I was pleasantly surprised. The photograph did not do it justice. I was upgraded to an apartment, which was spacious, clean and perfect for my stay. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was good too. I will definitely stay there again.
Outside could have done with a little tidy..but not a major deal
